Mr Keating is a Saudi-based asset manager focussed on domestic Saudi investments. Prior roles included Head of Mining Investment Private Equity at the Oman Investment Authority, non-executive director of Kore Potash and Kenmare Resources, and Chief Executive Officer of African Nickel. A mining engineer by training, Tim started his career at Anglo American in production and engineering roles, before moving into mine finance as Head of Commodities and Resource Finance team at Investec Bank. Tim holds a BSc Mining Eng. from W. Virginia University, and a BComm Law from Witwatersrand University, and is based in Saudi Arabia / UAE.

Barry Bourne

Mr Bourne’s distinguished career spans >30 years as a geophysicist, starting at Rio Tinto before moving to Chief Geophysicist and Geoscientist for global exploration at Barrick. He now runs geophysical consulting firm Terra in Australia. Barry specialises in exploration target-generation using innovative new techniques, with global experience focussed on gold and copper. He has seen exploration success across Africa (Kabanga Ni), USA (Ruby Hill Au) and Chile (Casale, Au/Cu). Barry holds a BSc (Hons) in geology from the University of Western Australia and won Advance Global Australian of the Year (Mining and Resources 2013).
